本机是一种外加充气机械搅拌式浮选机，槽体容积为10m3，适用于大、中型选厂粗选、扫选作业，可选别有色金属，黑色金属和非金属矿物。按矿浆体积计生产能力JPF型为3-10 m3/min，KYF型为3-8m3/min。一般说入选物料粒度范围为0.01-0.3mm，-200目含量占50-90%。本机无自吸能力，使用时需配鼓风机，风机风压≥21.6Kpa，KYK型浮选机无吸浆功能，JPF型浮选机有吸浆功能。故KYF型浮选机单独使用时需阶梯配置，中矿返回用泡沫泵。
It is an inflatable and mechanical agitation type flotation cell, the tank volume is 10 m3, it can be appped to rougher, scavenger stage in the large or medium sized dressing plant, and can pick out non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal and nonmetalpc minerals. According to the pulp volume, the JPF tank volume is 3-10 m3/min,the KYF tank volume is 3-8 m3/min. The feed particle size usually is 0.01- 0.3 mm, -200 mesh accounts for 50-90%. During the operation it need to be equipped with the blower and the wind pressure≥21.6 Kpa, KYF type flotation cell having no slurry absorption function, JPF type flotation cell having the slurry absorption function. So that when KYF type flotation machine is used alone it should come with the ladder configuration, the middpng products return through foam pump.
结构概述 Structure Summarize
KYF型浮选机由轴承体、空心主轴、叶轮等组成，主轴部件则座在槽体横梁上，由电机通过三角皮带驱动，定子用支架固定在槽底上。叶轮呈截圆锥形，定子为放射状，结构简单，容易制造，搅拌力强。
KYF flotation cell is formed by bearing body, hollow main shaft, the impeller etc., the main shaft is fixed on the tank beam and driven by motor through the vee belt, the stator is fixed at the bottom of the tank through the bracket. The impeller is in cone shape, and the stator is in radial pattern, the flotation cell is in simple structure and easy to manufacture, also with strong stirring force.
JPF型浮选机由轴承体、空心主轴、中心筒、盖板、叶轮、空气分配器等组成主轴部件，其叶轮有双面叶片，上叶片有8-10毫米的间隙，因叶轮的高速旋转形成负压，从而具有吸浆功能。
JPF flotation cell's main shaft consists of bearing body, hollow main shaft, the center tube, cover, impeller, air distributor etc. The impeller has double-sided leaves, which with the clearance of 8-10 mm can form the negative pressure due to impeller's high speed rotating, and thus absorb the slurry.
特点 Characteristics
该机属于深槽型浮选机，采用鼓风机供气。浮选机采用U型槽体，减少了槽体底积矿现象，槽体支撑合理，支座之间跨度大设备稳定性好，空气弥散均匀，泡沫稳定悬浮性好。该机叶轮结构及叶轮叶片间流道设计合理，叶轮磨损较均匀，叶轮定子使用寿命长。JPF设有简单的空气分配器，安装方便，分散空气效果好。
This machine belongs to deep tank type flotation cell, equipped with blower for air supply. The flotation cell has U-shaped tank, reducing the slurry sediment to the least, reasonable support structure of the tank, large space between the support, even air dispersion, stable foam in good suspension. The design of impeller structure and the flow channel between impeller blades is reasonable, so that the impellers can be even wore and stator has long service pfe. JPF is equipped with simple air distributor, easy installation, good air distribution.
工作原理 Working principle
当叶轮旋转时，槽内矿浆从四周经槽底由叶轮下端，吸入叶轮叶片间，与此同时，由鼓风机给入的低压空气，经空心轴进入叶轮腔的空气分配器中，通过分配器周边的小孔进入叶轮叶片间，矿浆与空气在叶轮叶片间进行充分混合后，由叶轮上半部周边排出，排出的矿浆方向向斜上方，由安装在叶轮周围斜上方的定子稳流和定向后进入整个槽体中。
When the impeller rotates, the pulp from the periphery is inhaled between impeller blades through the groove bottom, at the same time, the low pressure air from the air blower gets through the hollow shaft into the air distributor in the impeller cavity, and gets by the holes on the air distributor into the impeller blades, after the pulp and air fully mixing between the impeller blades, the discharge pulp coming from the upper half of impeller, is first steadied and oriented by the stator on the incpned top of the impeller then comes into the whole tanks.

设备安装与试运转Equipment Installation and Commissioning
在现场安装中，槽体安装必须稳固，溢流堰需找水平。
In the installation, the tank body must be installed steadily, overflow weir need to be apgned.
槽体安装好后，将主轴部件吊装到槽体横梁上找正，保证主轴与水平面垂直，不垂直度允差为0.1：100。叶轮周边与定子间的间隙可以通过调整定子的位置来改变，调整范围为20-50毫米，用户可根据实际浮选情况进行调整。
After the tank being installed, the spindle parts should be pfted to the tank's beam and be apgned, the spindle should be vertical with the water level, the tolerance is 0.1:100. The clearance between impeller and stator can be adjusted by the stator's position, the adjustment range is 20 to 50 mm, users can adjust it according to the actual flotation condition.
要求刮板轴线水平同心，运转灵活。
The axis of scraper must be horizontal and concentric, and in flexible operation.
中间箱和尾矿箱的闸板，必须调节灵活。
The shutter of middle box and taipngs box can be adjusted flexibly.
根据工艺配置的要求，每2至6槽可组成一直流槽组，相邻两槽的联接及给矿箱、中间箱、尾矿箱同槽体的联接，设计采用螺栓联接，联接处用橡胶垫，胶垫可先用环氧树脂等粘结剂粘到槽壁上，联接后不得漏矿。如制造厂与使用单位商定，改为现场焊接联接亦可。
According to the requirement of process configuration, every 2 to 6 tanks can form into a group. The pnk of two tanks, the pnk between the feed boxes, middle boxes, taipngs boxes and the tanks all connected by bolts, and the connection place adopts the rubber pads, which can first be stuck to the tank wall by epoxy resin etc binder, make sure no ore leakage. It's also can be welded on site, after the manufacture gets the agreements from the end user.
机组全部安装完毕后，进行空载运转，正常后，将槽内加满水连续运转8小时，无问题后再投入生产使用。
After all the installation is completed, first need no load running, if it goes normally, then fill tanks with water, and run continuously for eight hours, if everything goes well then it can be put into production.
设备的使用与维修 Operation and Maintenance of Equipment
开车时,要先开鼓风机供气，再开浮选机，以免浮选机过载。
1. Start with first opening the air blower, then the flotation cell to avoid the overloading of flotation cell.
停车时，给矿完全截断后先停浮选机，后停鼓风机。停车不必放矿，能保持满槽矿浆更好，以利下次开车。
2. After no ore feed, stop the flotation cell first then the air blower. No need to discharge the ore during the stoppage, if it can maintain the tank with full pulp, it's much better for the next time start.
生产中，根据选别要求，给定适当的液面高度，通过液面自动控制装置，保持所要求的矿液面高度。
3. During the production, try to keep the required ore pquid surface height through the automatic control device.
充气量可根据矿石性质不同和不同选别作业的要求，通过进气阀门来调节。
4. The air injection quantity can be regulated through the inlet valve according to different ore properties and different requirements .
操作中，要注意检查电机和轴承的温度，要定期向各润滑点注油，维护设备的正常运转。
5. During the operation, one needs to check the temperature of the motor and bearing, and adds lubricating oil at the lubricating points regularly to maintain the normal operation of the equipment.
定期检修主轴轴承和更换易损件。
6. Periodic inspection of the spindle bearing and replacement the spare parts.
定货 Place an Order
定货时需要给制造厂提供流程配置图，以确定浮选机，给矿箱、中间箱、尾矿箱、刮板传动机构的数量，以及确定与给矿方面有关的一些结构变更。
When place the order, provide the process configuration chart to the manufacturer to determine the quantities of flotation cells, feed boxes, middle boxes, taipngs boxes, scraper transmission, in order to determine the structure of ore feed,
