Equipment Description

Core clamping type foil winding machine is applicable to power transformer and reactor foil coil winding. The coil of foil winding machine takes different thickness copper or aluminum foil strip as conductor, and wide strip insulation materials as layer insulation, to finish winding in coiled in the machine. At the same time, the machine can complete coils’ inside and outside surface wrapping. The form of coil can be round, oval and rectangle etc. This machine can wind coil on the core column with square section directly. There is clamping arm used for square core in winding faceplate and tailstock faceplate. The arm thickness can  be adjustable. The adjust method is screw type, with the range 0-350mm.  Its width is 0-180mm, which is also suitable for different specification cores. PLC control system is adopted, so this machine owns characters,high automatic level, full function etc., which guarantee winding compactness in axial and closeness.
