Cable Clamps Guy or Suspension has three sizes currently. One bolt guy clamp, two bolt guy clamp and three bolt guy clamp. It's called One Bolt Flange, Two Bolt Flange or Three Bolt Flange in South America. Which is a kind of hardware element, used to fasten fiber optic cables to messenger or to finish lashing ties in cable and messenger assembly. The bolt is 1/2" or in conjunction with two 5/8 ”diameter round head bolts and square nut. The current size is depends on marketing needs for the product. If customer has other sizes for bolt, bolt hole, and the plates, Emax also can customize the exact sizes. The product is made by stainless steel profiles, then blanking, punching, assembly. The purpose is to fix the wire for transmission and distribution system. Material can be Steel (A37-24ES or SAE1020) or other standard like Q235, Q345 and so on.
Cable Clamps Guy chooses the hot-dip-galvanized technology. Part to be galvanized to EN ISO 1461 1999 or 80 micron hot according to ASTM A-123 standard. Thickness can be customized from 60μm to 140μm. The raw material is Q345/#45/carbon steel. The product is used to fasten fiber optic cables to messenger or to finish lashing ties in cable and messenger assembly.
