Product feature and application
The product is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine ranges of 120T-250T for take-out products and sprue. It is especially suitable for taking out small injection molding objects, such as all kinds of earphone cable skin, earphone cable connector, wire skin and so on in electronic appliances.
Maintenance safety countermeasures
①When installing the accessory parts on the end and manipulator, the size and quantity of bolts specified in this book shall be strictly observed. The bolts shall be tightened with torque wrench according to the specified torque, and the bolts with rust or dirt shall not be used.
②When designing and manufacturing the end fixture, it should be controlled within the allowable load range of the manipulator.
③The fault safety protection structure shall be adopted to separate man from machine. Even if the power supply or compressed air supply is cut off, the holding object will not be released or fly out. The corner or protruding part shall be treated to prevent damage to people and objects.
